Job summary
Lucid Investment Company seeks a TechOps / Platform Operations Engineer to own ServiceNow health, upgrades, cloning, and automation on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage platform performance, security hardening, and incident resolution while collaborating with recruitment leadership and cross-functional teams.
The role requires 4+ years in IT operations or DevOps, strong Linux and ITIL experience, and hands-on ServiceNow administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years in IT ops, platform administration or DevOps.
- Strong ServiceNow admin experience, upgrades and cloning.
- Linux, networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS), and SSL/TLS.
- ITIL processes, incident management and change control.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ServiceNow health, performance, and resource usage.
- Plan, test, and deploy platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
- Manage scheduled instance cloning, data anonymization, pre/post clone scripts.
- Handle authentication: LDAP/AD sync, SSO, and ACLs.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and scheduler errors.
- Configure automated monitoring alerts and dashboards.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams during releases.
- Maintain upgrade runbooks, architecture diagrams, and DR procedures.
