Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops with business stakeholders.
• Map As-Is and To-Be ITSM/ITOM processes and align with ServiceNow.
• Write FRDs and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and release readiness.
• Maintain traceability and documentation while ensuring ITIL adherence.
