Job summary

Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the Performance Management and Promotions lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality reviews, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will oversee calibration, grievance support, and reporting to drive governance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include guiding PlayMakers and People Leaders, monitoring cycle completion, and partnering with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of the Performance Management and Promotions lifecycles.
• Provide guidance to PlayMakers and People Leaders on requirements, timelines, and best practices.
• Monitor cycle completion and compliance, addressing delays and driving timely completion.
• Partner with systems and analytics teams to monitor progress, report, and analyze trends.
• Lead AI-enabled quality reviews at key stages of the lifecycle.
• Assess quality and alignment with standards and guidelines.
• Identify gaps and improvement areas across individuals, teams, and functions.
• Prepare data inputs and dashboards for reviews and leadership discussions.
