Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a senior leader to own governance, delivery and continuous improvement of Performance Management and Promotion. You will provide strategic advisory, quality assurance, and oversight to ensure fair and effective cycles aligned with business objectives.

The role collaborates with HRBPs and leadership, shapes frameworks, delivers analytics, and drives capability building through training and tools, aiming for a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Performance Management, Talent Management, Promotion, Organizational Development, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide performance management and promotions cycles, frameworks, and initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising and enabling senior leaders and executive leadership teams on performance-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, delivery and continuous enhancement of Performance Management and Promotion practices.
• Provide strategic advisory, quality assurance, and delivery oversight across performance and promotion cycles.
• Guide HRBPs and business stakeholders on promotion requirements, processes, and decision-making considerations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and issue resolution to facilitate timely completion of promotion activities.
• Monitor promotion progress, risks, exceptions, and compliance requirements, implementing mitigation actions where required.
• Lead and guide development of promotion governance trackers, analyses, reports, and documentation for transparency and executive decisions.
