Kalamntina Client is seeking an experienced Performance Management Lead in Riyadh to develop and maintain the organization’s performance framework. You will coordinate annual cycles, set objectives, and drive calibration sessions with senior management.

You will support business units with KPI design, monitor performance trends, and prepare reports and dashboards to inform decisions. Strong analytics, Excel/PowerPoint and HRIS experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of performance management experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPI development, objective setting and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience managing full performance cycle and calibration processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS and performance platforms are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop, implement and maintain performance management framework policies and procedures.
• Coordinate annual performance management cycle including objective setting, reviews, mid-year assessments and year-end evaluations.
• Support business units in establishing measurable KPIs aligned with strategy.
• Monitor and analyze performance results, identifying trends, gaps and improvement areas.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
• Ensure fairness in evaluations and facilitate calibration sessions with management.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance processes and best practices.

• Ensure effective use of performance management systems and accurate records.
• Review and improve policies and processes in line with objectives and best practices.
