Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager to lead people and performance initiatives that boost organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning across delivery partners and internal teams.

You will design performance measurement systems, develop leadership programs, and drive culture-building efforts aligned with Qiddiya's strategic ambitions as a transformative entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in people performance management, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of cultural transformation, change management, and leadership development; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Optimize workforce planning and allocation to deploy the right people with the right skills at the right time across projects.
• Deliver and support onboarding programs to enable new joiners to integrate quickly and perform efficiently.
• Strengthen learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and leadership capabilities across BU teams.
• Implement structured performance management to drive accountability and improvement with consistent goals and feedback.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration to exchange best practices and expertise that enhance team performance.
• Coach leaders on managing employee performance, difficult conversations, and talent development.
• Provide frontline support to project teams with guidance and escalation routes where applicable.
• Responsible for Delivery Partner timesheets and keeping Delivery Partner people data.
• General reporting responsibilities including business reporting and government entity reporting.
