Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a senior leader to govern and continuously enhance our Performance Management and Promotion practices, shaping a high-performance culture aligned with strategic objectives. You will provide strategic advisory, quality assurance, and delivery oversight across performance and promotion cycles, coaching leaders and HRBPs, driving analytics, learning, and executive-ready reporting.

This role requires deep experience across enterprise–wide cycles, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Promotions, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, delivery and enhancement of performance management and promotion practices.
• Provide strategic advisory, quality assurance, and delivery oversight across cycles.
• Coach leaders and HRBPs on performance discussions and development.
• Drive change management, analytics, and learning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain governance trackers, reports, and documentation.
