Job summary

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR professional to lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring compliant practices and effective talent retention across hotel staff.

The role oversees payroll and benefits administration, training program management, and performance development, collaborating with management to optimize HR processes while upholding company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal effectively with all team members and employee representatives, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing in order to prepare official memorandum and correspondence as well as provide clear and meaningful instructions, guidance and counseling to all team members.
• Thorough knowledge of human resources practices and procedures as well as considerable knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to human resources matters.
• Basic mathematical skills in order to perform moderately complex calculations for salary and benefit administration and to forecast departmental expenses using a calculator and/or moderately complex computer systems.
• Ability to type in order to prepare written correspondence.
• Visual ability to observe team members in the workplace, analyze operations and detect situations of concern.
