Hilton in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the hotel’s HR function and deliver hospitality-focused people management. You’ll drive recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, safety and compliance while fostering a high-performing, engaged team.

You will manage HR data, labour relations, and reporting, ensuring policies align with corporate standards and local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years in HR management.
• Experience leading HR operations in hospitality or similar service industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits and labor relations.
• Foster team member engagement and a positive workplace culture.
