Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering warm, friendly service and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide front desk and staffing support during breaks or peak periods.
• Conduct safety, security, and service quality walkthroughs and address issues.
• Train and update the team on hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Supervise and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
