Job summary

Echelon in Riyadh is seeking a Partner Operations specialist to own the system of record for partners, contracts, deals and revenue share. You will maintain the CRM and partner tracker, reconcile invoices to contracts, and produce pipeline and health dashboards with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to drive timely meetings with prepared packs, and comfortable navigating partner agreements, milestone curves, and finance reconciliation.

Qualifications

• English required; Arabic an advantage.
• Strong eye for detail and numbers; ability to keep data clean and dashboards trusted.
• Comfort with CRM systems and partner operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• System of record: maintain CRM and partner tracker current and reconciled to Finance.
• Committee operations: prepare agendas, packs, minutes and follow-through actions.
• Revenue-share administration: handle deal registration, milestones, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Partner onboarding logistics: file contracts/NDAs, enable portal access, coordinate enablement sessions.
• Reporting: generate pipeline, coverage and health dashboards plus quarterly reviews.
