Job summary

Echelon in Riyadh seeks a high-caliber leader to extend the CEO’s reach as Chief of Staff / Business Operations lead. You will prepare decisions, run the operating rhythm and ensure agreed actions are executed across functions.

You will own performance dashboards for pipeline, revenue and accounts, drive cross-team priorities with sales, delivery, partnerships and finance, and represent the leader in forums, bringing independent judgment and clear trade‑offs.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with comfort using data, models and dashboards.
• Able to run multiple workstreams with structure, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Discretion and maturity to represent a senior leader.

Responsibilities

• Prepare decisions: Frame issues, gather facts and options, brief ahead of meetings.
• Run the rhythm: Lead business reviews, pipeline/forecast cadence, and follow actions to closure.
• Track performance: Own dashboards showing pipeline, revenue and accounts; flag attention points.
• Drive priorities: Lead cross-team initiatives with sales, delivery, partnerships and finance.
• Represent: Act on the leader’s behalf in meetings and with stakeholders with sound judgment.
• Advise: Provide independent views, surface trade-offs and risks, and recommend actions.
• Prepare forums: Build papers, pre-wire positions, and turn outcomes into actions.
• Connect business lines: Align priorities and dependencies across lines and functions.
