Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain in Saudi Arabia (Western Region preferred).
• Excellent cold outreach, field pitching, negotiation and closing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Active Prospecting & Lead Generation: identify, research, and prospect B2B opportunities via cold calling, email outreach and field visits in the Western Region.
• Client Acquisition: conduct introductory meetings, present end-to-end logistics solutions, and close new commercial accounts for freight forwarding and warehousing.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and freight rates, and track deals.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on regional shipping trends, regulations, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
• Internal Collaboration: work with operations, pricing, and customer care to onboard and service accounts.
