Job summary

Munawla Cargo Company in Jeddah is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to grow B2B freight forwarding and contract logistics clients in the Western Region. You will prospect, present end-to-end logistics solutions (Air, Ocean, Land, Customs Clearance, Warehousing), and close new accounts.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, fluent English and Arabic, and the ability to perform field visits with own vehicle. Saudi nationals only.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales in freight/logistics in Saudi Arabia (Western Region preferred).
• Saudi National is required.
• Must hold Saudi driving license and own vehicle for field visits in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Active Prospecting & Lead Generation: identify and pursue B2B opportunities via cold calling, emails, and field visits in Jeddah area.
• Client Acquisition: present end-to-end logistics solutions and close new accounts across freight forwarding and warehousing.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain pipeline, follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and rates.
• Market Intelligence: monitor regional shipping trends, regulations, and competitor pricing.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with ops, pricing, and care teams for onboarding.
