Responsibilities

Generate qualified sales leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct customer visits and presentations to promote company services.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on quotations until closure.
Maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers.
Cross‑sell and upsell additional company services.
Coordinate contract renewals and pricing reviews.
Ensure timely collection support by coordinating with Finance.
Execute approved marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
