Job summary

GT Medical in Jeddah is hiring a Technical Support Officer to keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. You will provide first-line support, diagnose issues, and assist with on-site and remote tasks across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or CS and 1–3 years' IT support experience. You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, IP telephony, CCTV, biometric systems, and security software to deliver reliable user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networking.
• Hands-on hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and user administration.
• Experience with IP telephony (Grandstream), CCTV (Hikvision), and biometric systems (ZKTeco) is an advantage.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions such as ESET.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access within Microsoft 365.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with IT setup and access provisioning.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Report IT security incidents and ensure policy compliance.
• Install and manage IP phone systems (Grandstream) and CCTV (Hikvision).
• Support biometric systems (ZKTeco) and endpoint protection (ESET).
• Provide user training and promote IT best practices.
