We're Hiring: Technical Support Officer

You will be responsible for providing first-line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, while delivering excellent technical support and user experience.
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
What You Will Do:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT peripherals
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Microsoft 365
- Provide support for Microsoft Outlook, email, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including IT setup and access provisioning
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when required
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and promptly report security incidents
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP phone systems, including Grandstream
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including Hikvision
- Configure and support biometric/fingerprint systems, including ZKTeco
- Deploy, monitor, and manage endpoint protection solutions such as ESET
- Provide user training and promote IT best practices across the organization
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT asset management and user administration
- Experience with or exposure to IP telephony (Grandstream), CCTV (Hikvision), and biometric systems (ZKTeco) is an advantage
- Experience with endpoint security solutions such as ESET or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to provide both on-site and remote IT support
