Job summary

Nahdi Medical Co. in Jeddah seeks a capable IT Support Technician to act as the first line of IT support for users, addressing hardware and software issues and ensuring standardization across Nahdi's operations.

Responsibilities include hardware/software maintenance, asset inventory, and onboarding new hires with user accounts and access. BSc in IT and 1–2 years’ experience preferred; Arabic and English skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle hardware and software issues/Requests via email/system alerts within SLA or reassign to IT team.
• Prepare receiving forms for new hardware and archive related documents for asset management.
• Execute onboarding tickets for new hires, including creating email users, Windows installation, and required applications access.
• Maintain IT hardware assets through warranty reviews and vendor coordination; ensure on-time maintenance.
• Maintain users' software and applications (antivirus, Office) with timely updates to prevent conflicts.
• Keep up-to-date with new IT trends and technologies.
