Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Jeddah is seeking an IT Support professional to manage and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and end-user devices. You will support server systems and telecommunications, install and configure workstations, and maintain security for sensitive information.

The role requires following company policies, excellent guest service, and strong collaboration with IS personnel. Prior experience and a high school diploma are required, with no supervisory duties necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and protect assets.
• Address guests’ service needs and communicate with IS personnel.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to software, hardware, and networks.
• Enter commands and operate computer and peripheral equipment.
• Inspect, test and diagnose computer equipment and systems.
• Maintain inventory of technology devices and software.
• Provide end-user support and network communications assistance.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware/software and website architecture.
• Perform system backups and security for PII procedures.
• Manage user accounts and password resets to ensure security.
• Install, configure and modify workstations and peripherals.
• Read manuals and diagnose problems to provide tech support.
• Move and lift items up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
