Job summary

Riyadh Cables Group is seeking an IT Technical Support Officer in Riyadh, KSA to provide frontline hardware, software, and network support. The role includes troubleshooting, user assistance, and on-site or remote diagnostics to keep IT services running smoothly.

You will perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and security software configurations, while supporting printers, scanners, and peripherals. 2–5 years of IT support experience is preferred, with relevant certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist users with system errors, connectivity issues, and application malfunctions.
• Conduct remote or on-site troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
