Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to grow installed-base aftermarket, spare parts and brownfield opportunities across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will leverage the Cameron legacy base to drive service, upgrades and lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, water/seawater or process industries.
• Strong data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing, networking and consultative-sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the legacy Cameron installed base, identifying aftermarket, upgrade, replacement, service and lifecycle opportunities.
• Engage Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Procurement and Projects to understand facility needs.
• Translate customer problems into practical, value-driven solutions within the PTS portfolio.
