Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Executive in KSA to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for SME merchants. You will activate merchants, oversee backend integration, and ensure proper configuration before going live.

You will resolve onboarding cases, manage documentation, and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Product, and BD to remove blockers and accelerate activation. Fluency in Arabic and English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the full merchant onboarding lifecycle from application to activation.
• Activate merchants and oversee backend integration processes.
• Ensure merchants are properly configured with access, settings, and dashboards prior to activation.
• Guide merchants through Tabby's onboarding process and provide support throughout their journey.
• Resolve stalled, escalated, or time-sensitive onboarding cases.
• Identify merchants who stopped during the legal stage and follow up via phone and email.
• Assist merchants in completing and submitting required documentation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Business Development, Product, and other internal teams to remove onboarding blockers.
• Investigate integration issues and support merchants with e-commerce integrations where required.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track merchant progress against KPIs.
