Job summary

Salla is a leading e-commerce platform in the MENA region, empowering merchants to launch, manage, and grow their online stores. As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will prepare and launch stores, configure storefronts, upload products, and set up payments and shipping to ensure a successful go-live.

You will collaborate with support and development teams, optimize user experience, and train merchants on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in Merchant Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and launch merchants' online stores, configuring all technical and commercial aspects.
• Set up store configurations, customize storefronts, upload products, and configure payments and shipping.
• Ensure onboarding delivers a seamless shopping experience and merchants can start selling confidently.
• Provide ongoing technical support and coordinate with product and support teams.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and train merchants on the platform.
