You will collaborate with internal teams on product launches and optimizations, build data-driven dashboards, and deliver tailored solutions to clients, ensuring sustained account growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Account management: manage a portfolio of accounts and drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects (launches, optimizations, operations).
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and derive insights.
• Proactively identify and solve obstacles, coordinating with teams to ensure success.
