Job summary

Tabby is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist in KSA to own the technical and operational relationship with merchant and channel-partner ecosystem. The role sits at the center of a cross-functional engine, collaborating with Risk, Integrations, BD and Account management to ensure merchants are set up from day one and deliver a seamless payment experience.

2–3 years in Technical Account Management or related fintech roles.
Strong foundation in payments, APIs, and integrations.
Fluent English and Arabic, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary ops and tech liaison between Tabby and partner merchants.
Own onboarding end-to-end with documentation and testing coordination.
Manage merchant data workflows aligned with risk and underwriting requirements.
Lead technical-requirement negotiations with merchants and keep commercial goals on track.
Drive cross-functional alignment on product rollouts and merchant materials.
Analyze merchant performance and integration health, identify gaps and improvements.
Own and improve internal SOPs and documentation to scale onboarding and partner success.
Support business development during technical discussions to ensure deliverables.
