Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) in Riyadh is seeking a reliable Warehouse Officer to oversee storage operations for medical devices and disposables, ensuring product integrity and efficient material flow in a fast-growing medical device company. You will manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory using WMS/ERP systems, maintain strict compliance with GSP and ISO standards, and collaborate with procurement and logistics to support timely deliveries and accurate lot tracing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory compliance.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and disposables.
Ensure proper handling and storage conditions per regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with GSP and ISO standards.
Manage warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
Handle product traceability, lot tracking, and expiry date management.
