Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) seeks a proactive Procurement Officer to lead sourcing of medical devices, raw materials, and operational supplies for a fast-growing healthcare supplier.

The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders, maintaining supplier data, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating with planning and warehouse teams, handling import documentation and customs, and tracking market trends for cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years procurement experience in medical devices/healthcare
• Strong negotiation and supplier management
• Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Proficiency in ERP and procurement software
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic
• CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of medical devices, raw materials, and operational supplies
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time receipt
• Maintain supplier database and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams on material requirements
• Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and international shipments
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
