Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in demand/supply planning, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and planning tools.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Create and manage production and procurement plans to meet customer demand.
• Balance inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for alignment.
• Monitor supply plan execution and adjust based on changing demand.
• Prepare planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management.
• Support S&OP processes.
• Analyze product lifecycle and plan for new product introductions and phase-outs.
