Job summary

Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Officer to manage domestic and international shipments of medical devices and coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers. You will ensure on-time delivery to hospitals, distributors, and customers while handling customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 2–4 years of logistics experience (medical devices preferred), and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of logistics experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to hospitals, distributors, and customers.
• Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
• Optimize transportation costs and delivery routes.
• Ensure cold chain compliance where required for medical products.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for order fulfillment.
