Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support or sales coordination, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries accurately and on time
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery
• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data and sales activities
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
• Liaise with tender and procurement teams on customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
