Job summary

Nawras Power Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join the Operations & Maintenance team at a Power Generation Plant. You will maintain the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant mechanical equipment while upholding safety and engineering standards.

Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, outages support, and RCA, with emphasis on documentation and compliance. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of O&M experience in power generation.
• Experience with rotating equipment and plant mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment.
• Support planned outages, overhauls, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations to maximize plant reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and engineering standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
