Job summary

Jenwa in Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician with 5+ years in power plants or heavy industrial facilities. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple systems including HRSG, turbines, pumps, and valves.

Candidates should have a Mechanical Diploma or equivalent, with preferred rigging and safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a power plant, heavy industrial facility, oil and gas plant or desalination plant.
• Mechanical Diploma or equivalent; certifications preferred.
• Rigging, lifting operations, Forklift operator, and safety training are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Carry out daily inspections, running checks, and maintenance checklists.
• Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures using drawings, manuals, and diagnostic techniques.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, align, and test mechanical components.
• Replace defective parts such as bearings, seals, gaskets, belts, and lubrication system components.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant work areas; adhere to permit-to-work and safety standards.
• Support CMMS data entry, work orders, and maintenance history updates.
