Job summary

Al Jomaih Energy and Water is seeking aMechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in a heavy industrial setting in Saudi Arabia. The role involves inspections, troubleshooting, dismantling, reassembly, testing, and reporting on equipment condition.

You will work with turbine auxiliaries, pumps, valves and piping, ensuring compliance with safety standards and site procedures. Strong English, teamwork and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years mechanical maintenance experience in power plant or heavy industrial facility.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG systems, pumps, valves, compressors, fans and piping.
• Good written and spoken English; basic CMMS usage is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on assigned mechanical equipment.
• Carry out daily inspections, running checks and maintenance checklists per schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures using drawings, manuals and diagnostic techniques.
• Perform dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, reassembly and testing of equipment.
