Job summary

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, provide expert troubleshooting, and manage cross-functional projects to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in mechanical maintenance, with IPP/Siemens GT experience preferred. You will drive budgeting, spares strategy, and CMMS implementations, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance for large-scale plants (IPP/Siemens GT preferred).
• Proven leadership of maintenance teams with strong communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical maintenance, reliability engineering, and condition monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to maintenance staff.
• Plan and oversee mechanical maintenance projects, coordinating with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
• Assist in annual maintenance budgeting and resource allocation; monitor costs for efficiency.
• Ensure adequate spares, procurement processes, and timely procurement of parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate management reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes.
