Job summary

Seerah in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our pipe and stainless steel manufacturing operations. The role focuses on planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to keep plant equipment and utility systems reliable and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in pipe, stainless steel, or heavy manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of machines and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize plant performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
