Day-to-day responsibilities

• Be the go-to in-store expert for all MECCA brow and lash services, including brow styling, shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifting; capable of back-to-back services on peak days while delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the store

Requirement of the role

Availability to work late evenings and weekends

What you will bring to this role

• Certificate 3 in Beauty Services or Makeup (with a waxing elective) / Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Professional experience in brow and lash services (some but not all listed): Brow Shapes, Precision Waxing, Tweezing & Trimming, Brow Styling (Crayon, Powder & Pomade), Highlighting, Brow Lamination, Tinting, Lash Lifting
• Passion for brows and lashes; alignment with MECCA values; positive, enthusiastic customer service
