Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team in Riyadh is seeking a senior partnerships professional to build a healthy ecosystem of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate AI image and video solution adoption.

You will identify, recruit, and enable partners, lead co-selling with enterprise and public-sector accounts, and own the revenue pipeline in the region. The role requires strategic influence in complex ecosystem dynamics and a track record of developing new routes to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology sales and building new routes to market.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and enable partners.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-powered solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Ecosystem Development: build network of channel partners and alliances.
• Partner Onboarding & Enablement: recruit and enable partners to sell BytePlus solutions.
• Collaborative Revenue Growth: lead co-selling with partners into enterprise accounts.
• Market-Leading Solution Positioning: position ByteDance AI models as scalable, cost-effective alternatives.
• Pipeline & Performance Ownership: own pipeline and revenue growth.
