Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an experienced enterprise pre-sales strategist to partner with regional Sales Teams across the MEA region. You will engage with C-level to working-level clients, delivering demonstrations, architecture workshops and POCs, while shaping roadmaps with internal product teams.

You will leverage cloud and ML know-how to craft solutions, manage RFI/RFP processes, and support post-sales growth with Account Executives in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years in a related field, preferably cloud computing.
• Experience across MEA region with enterprise clients. Chinese language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including demos, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops & POC delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor and shape product roadmap; provide thought leadership across cloud and ML products.
• Collaborate with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive product development/iterations.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.
