Job summary

think seeks a Channel Partner Manager in Riyadh to build and scale a partner network with resellers, integrators, and consultancies. This role is a build position focusing on establishing a sustainable channel that reaches accounts beyond direct coverage.

The candidate will recruit, onboard, and enable partners, design margins and deal rules, create enablement materials, and drive joint pipelines while advocating for channel requirements across product and marketing.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in channel or partner management in enterprise technology.
• Built a channel rather than inherited one.
• Comfort with partner economics and negotiating terms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and enable partners across the region.
• Build the commercial framework: margin, deal registration, tiering, engagement rules.
• Provide enablement: technical training, positioning and competitive materials.
• Run joint pipeline with partners and hold them to it.
• Advocate for channel needs with product and marketing.
