Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a ME HR Services Specialist to deliver high-quality HR services across UAE and KSA. You will support core HR processes end-to-end, guide the HRSSC team, and partner with regional stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, standardization, and automation in HR services. The position involves onboarding, permits, pension and social insurance management, data accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in HR Services or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HR systems; Workday is a plus.
• Familiar with permit, visa, pension and social insurance processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for UAE and KSA.
• Manage permits, visas and government documentation renewals.
• Administer pension and social insurance enrollment and reconciliation.
• Oversee HRSSC operations and ensure SLAs and quality.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with People, Payroll, and Finance to resolve HR matters.
• Prepare reports and support audits.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
• Propose solutions to improve HR services across UAE and KSA.
