Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an ME HR Services Specialist to deliver high-quality HR services across the UAE and KSA. You will support core HR processes end-to-end, guide the HRSSC team daily, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless, employee-centric experience.

You will drive process improvements, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with People functions, Payroll, Finance, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR Services or HR Shared Services, ideally with UAE and KSA exposure.
• Experience with HR systems; Workday is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of permits, visas, pension and social insurance processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient digital literacy; familiarity with AI, automation, workflow, and low-code tools.
• Excellent English communications; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding coordination, including documentation and system setup.
• Monitor permit expiry dates and manage renewals with government relations partners.
• Administer pension and social insurance enrollment and reconciliations.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for HRSSC, ensuring SLA-driven support quality.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across employee lifecycle and data management.
• Coordinate with People, Payroll, Finance and external vendors for timely resolutions.
• Prepare reports, track metrics, and support audits and controls.
• Identify automation opportunities and support workflow improvements.
• Suggest practical improvements to HR services across UAE and KSA.
