Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role contributes to campaign planning, brand communication, events, sponsorships, digital marketing, and market research. It also collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with company objectives, support product launches, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Accountabilities
- Campaign Execution & Performance: Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across channels. Track campaign KPIs, ROI, and on‑time execution.
- Brand Building & Communication: Ensure brand alignment across touchpoints and support storytelling efforts. Monitor brand perception and awareness metrics.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior. Generate insights and integrate them into marketing strategies.
- Events & Sponsorships: Coordinate brand events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities. Track engagement and event ROI; manage agencies/vendors.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Develop content calendars and support digital advertising. Track online reputation, engagement, and website performance.
- Budget & Reporting: Assist in tracking marketing spend and ensuring cost efficiency. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, trends, and budget utilization.
- Sales & Business Alignment: Support sales in joint promotional activities and demand forecasting. Implement targeted marketing initiatives for key customer segments.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in go‑to‑market planning and execution for new products. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for smooth launch rollout.
- Marketing Excellence & Innovation: Contribute to process improvements, training, and adoption of new tools. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post‑Graduate degree in Marketing Management.
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields.
Functional Knowledge

- Financial understanding including P & L basics.
- Expertise in brand marketing, brand positioning, trade marketing, and online marketing.
