Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Manager, Technical in Yanbu.

Responsible for asset reliability and plant processes integrity, operational excellence via development of reliability programs, and products quality control. Also responsible for continuous improvement in site process, quality, and assets performance management. He needs to develop reliability programs for assurance of production continuity within compliance of EHS, quality and engineering standards, and to drive continuous improvements based on Asset Performance Management ISO-55001, Quality Management ISO-9001, and organisational required performance, as well as timely technical support to manage all reliability incidents to all plant equipment and facilities. Also responsible for business excellence programs, localization initiatives, projects and feasibility study plans for maximum organization growth and performance.

You will be responsible for:
  • Build a strong EHS, Quality and reliability excellence cultures, demands high standards of EHS and asset performance and models this to the team at all times.
  • Establish Reliability methodologies and elevate plant asset reliability.
  • Responsible for effectiveness of asset reliability RCA investigations.
  • Responsible for managing the effective implementation of action items generated from quality or customer audits in timely manner.
  • Provide management review and control over multiple units of Process Engineering work.
  • Responsible for managing study plans for large-scale expansion projects, improvement, or compliance projects.
  • Responsible of Business excellence programs for improved profitability and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise with PMO for future projects and alignment with business needs, value engineering and organizational objectives.
  • Responsible for technology know-how advancement and localization and local-content continuous growth.
  • Oversee the progress of cross-functional projects, as well as cost, completion date, and resource allocation.
  • Provide expert resolution of Engineering issues and monitors integration of work and post completion effectiveness.
  • Responsible for effective implementation of ISO 55001 Asset Management System, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ensures continuous qualification and site compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvement programs and technological developments in Process Engineering.
  • Review technical concepts of major Process Engineering projects.
  • Provide solution of difficult technical Engineering problems.
  • Oversee Change management and MoC effectiveness.
  • Responsible for recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development needs.
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience with minimum (5) years in asset engineering, reliability and inspection.
  • ISO 55001, RCA leader.
