Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA in Amaala, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, guide service associates, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. You will be the link between management and the team, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will drive revenue through menu knowledge and promotions, assist with scheduling and stock, and ensure compliance with brand and hygiene standards across the dining room.

Qualifications

• You have a strong track record in restaurant supervision or service leadership within a luxury hospitality environment.
• You are passionate about delivering guest experiences and building lasting guest relationships.
• You can lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced operation.
• You communicate effectively in English and collaborate with guests, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Lead, coach, and support associates through on-the-job guidance, training, and performance development.
• Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalised service, resolving concerns, and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Drive revenue opportunities through menu recommendations, beverage knowledge, and promotion of food and beverage offerings.
• Support operational planning through scheduling, stock requisitions, and effective resource management.
• Uphold Rosewood, Forbes, LQA, HACCP, and local hygiene standards while representing the brand at every guest interaction.
