Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA on the pristine west coast of Saudi Arabia seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all culinary and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining, ensuring ultra-luxury standards and regenerative tourism alignment.

You will lead diverse teams, develop menus with local ingredients and sustainable practices, manage budgets, and drive guest experiences while maintaining compliance with brand policies and Vision 2030 workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration with advanced culinary or hospitality certifications is a plus.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire staff and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of culinary trends, beverage programs, and luxury dining, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality, innovative, and culturally relevant dining experiences that reflect Rosewood's luxury standards.
• Lead and mentor the culinary, service, and beverage teams fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and exceptional guest service.
• Develop and implement menus incorporating local ingredients, sustainable practices and global culinary trends aligned with guest preferences and environmental goals.
• Manage F&B budget optimizing costs while maintaining quality, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless execution of dining services across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining to enhance guest satisfaction and operational flow.
