Job summary
Rosewood Amaala is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations and support the development of a high-performing team. You will ensure service excellence, manage guest relationships, and drive revenue through menu and beverage initiatives.
A luxury hospitality background and strong English communication are preferred. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and collaborate with service staff and kitchen teammates to uphold Rosewood standards while maintaining a calm,
Qualifications
- Experience leading food & beverage teams in luxury settings.
- Ability to supervise and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of cost-control in restaurant operations.
- Confident English communication; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations in line with standards.
- Develop and coach associates to deliver guest-focused service.
- Foster guest relationships and resolve concerns with personalised service.
- Drive revenue through menu and beverage sales and promotions.
- Plan rosters, coordinate with kitchen and ensure compliance with standards.
