Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hospitality, restaurant, or hotel guest-facing role.
• Excellent English communication and guest engagement skills.

• Familiarity with reservation systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and escort guests, creating a warm arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest preferences through the system.
• Coordinate with service teams to optimise seating and service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Provide operational leadership in the absence of the Team Leader.
