Job summary

Rosewood Amaala is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations and support the development of a high-performing team. You will ensure service excellence, manage guest relationships, and drive revenue through menu and beverage initiatives.

A luxury hospitality background and strong English communication are preferred. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and collaborate with service staff and kitchen teammates to uphold Rosewood standards while maintaining a calm,

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage teams in luxury settings.

• Strong understanding of cost-control in restaurant operations.
• Confident English communication; additional languages a plus.
