Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is seeking an enthusiastic In Room Dining Coordinator to join our prestigious Food & Beverage team. You will be the primary contact for all In-Room Dining orders, ensuring seamless service and flawless guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of luxury hotel experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments while upholding Four Seasons standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or guest services in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with hotel POS systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and process all In-Room Dining calls promptly and professionally.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system and relay special requests to teams.
• Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and dietary accommodations.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and guest preferences.
• Support administrative tasks such as reporting and menu updates.
