Six Senses Amaala seeks a Residences Concierge to deliver personalised luxury experiences for homeowners and guests in a residential setting. You will coordinate services, amenities and experiences, ensuring seamless stays aligned with Six Senses standards and AMAALA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have exceptional communication, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-end environment, with fluency in English and familiarity with local culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, luxury travel or guest relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for homeowners, residents and guests throughout ownership journey.
• Build trusted long-term relationships and maintain resident profiles for personalized service.
• Anticipate resident needs and coordinate services before, during and after stays.
• Record and maintain resident interactions and service histories in approved systems.
• Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements including transport, dining and experiences.
• Communicate resident preferences to relevant departments.
• Arrange personalized welcome amenities and arrival experiences per brand standards.
• Oversee in-residence services including housekeeping, dining, wellness and transport.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to leadership for service recovery when needed.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling resident information.
